About Me
I was born and raised in North Carolina and have proudly called this beautiful state home my entire life. I attended UNC–Chapel Hill, where I earned a degree in Biology. I later attended nursing school and have been a nurse since 1997—a career that has been both rewarding and fulfilling. I’m married to my wonderful husband, William.
When I’m not working or in my craft room creating projects, I love spending time with my family and friends, watching movies, going on family cruises, and cheering on my beloved Tarheels!
My Stampin’ Up Journey:
I began paper crafting as a scrapbooker, where I fell in love with preserving memories through creativity and design. Then one day, a friend invited me to a Stampin’ Up! party, and I made a couple of cards using their products—I was instantly hooked! After attending a few more Stampin’ Up! get-togethers with friends, I quickly realized the exceptional quality of their stamps, inks, and papers. Before long, I joined a Stampin’ Up! club that met monthly, which fueled my passion even more. In October 2011, I decided to become a demonstrator myself—initially just to enjoy the discount on all the supplies I loved so much! With encouragement from family and friends, I eventually turned my hobby into a growing craft business. Now, I’m thrilled to share techniques, project ideas, and creative inspiration with others, helping them discover the joy of paper crafting just as I did.
